For the last decade, I have worked with executive leaders across industries to find the sweet spot between business results and personal meaning. At my core, I thrive on helping people feel happy and effective in their lives, particularly in the context of their work. I believe the greatest gift I give leaders is freedom – the freedom to be themselves and make big decisions with confidence.
I work with both C-level executives at billion-dollar companies and founders of proven start-ups, helping them cultivate sustainable, high-performing teams based on the metrics that drive engagement and results. All of my work includes strategic communications planning to support great company culture.
This strategy and delivery style was originally developed while receiving my Masters degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western University and in my coaching/consulting work with partner firm, FMG Leading. It has continued to evolve while working with over 30 client organizations and hundreds of leaders and teams. Additionally, I hold certifications in Advanced Coaching with the Enneagram, a robust personality typing system (via Enneagram in Business) and Developing Leadership with Emotional Intelligence (via CWRU), along with a number of other accreditations. I love to learn and I love even more passing along these insights to you in a relevant, credible way.
